IDM system maintenance on 8 July 16:15-19:00

A software version update is being carried out on the IDM system. As a result of this work, there will be service interruptions during the maintenance window.

Some of the changes made automatically to data, services and systems may take effect with a delay of one day, as the system interfaces will not be operational during the maintenance window. The estimated duration of the maintenance is approximately 2 hours, but please be prepared for longer disruptions.

The following services will be unavailable between 16:15 and 19:00 on 8 July 2026:

• OMA and HALI services
  • Changes to user access rights, services or data
  • MFA resets and password changes
• Registration of new users and Open University students
• Logging in to services, including the following:
  • Sisu
  • MyJYU
  • Student Compass
  • International Portal (ILPO)
  • Plone (UNO), Jybar
  • Vasara
  • JYU Sign
  • HelpJYU
  • Nextcloud
