Sound Bowl Relaxation in Nature – 1 September 2026 at 16:00–18:00
Does your body need some relaxation? Combining the sounds of the bowls with the natural environment offers you a wide range of health benefits. We will first walk into nature and then pause in a park to immerse ourselves in the gentle resonance of the singing bowls. Your sound bowl experience will be guided by Kirsti Siekkinen.
Dress warmly. Please bring a mat to lie or sit on, and a blanket if you wish.
Sound bowl relaxation is generally suitable for everyone. However, it is not recommended if you have a pacemaker or are undergoing cancer treatment. There is also conflicting information about participating in sound bowl relaxation during the first one-third of pregnancy. Please use your own discretion when deciding whether to join.

Did you know that the beetle Lepturalia nigripes (the Eastern longhorn flower beetle) is a responsibility species in Central Finland? The club’s name, Kukkajäärän kulkijat, comes from this species. Responsibility species are endangered or near-threatened plants or animals whose habitats are especially important to protect. The Eastern longhorn flower beetle is typically found in old forests.
