- A wide variety of the academic fields of our University have once again reached excellent positions in the highly regarded QS Ranking. This year it was especially delighting that both our spearhead field, education, and several other fields had further improved their positions while also our rankings for the new fields of social sciences on the list were at a good level. Such a strong success is an important indication of the international effectiveness and productivity of our work, and as a whole university community we can be both pleased and proud of this, states Vice Rector Marja-Leena Laakso.
