Take a dance break in the middle of your day – join uMove’s lunch and afternoon discos!

uMove is organising two free disco sessions open to all students and staff of the University of Jyväskylä and Jamk.

Come along on your own or with a friend – dance for just one song or stay for the whole session.

Autumn discos:

• Lunch Disco Wed 7 Oct 2026, 11:00–11:45, Voimistelusali, Liikunta Building
• Afternoon Disco Thu 19 Nov 2026, 14:00–14:45, Voimistelusali, Liikunta Building

There is no instruction or choreography. 

uMove instructor Jansku Ryssy will take care of the music and atmosphere.

Registration opens 3 days before each event in the uMove booking system. Participation is free and does not require a uMove membership.
