Biography

Chan Ngoc Anh Nguyen is a doctoral student from the University of Jyväskylä. She secured her master's degree at the University of Lincoln, UK, and holds an MSc in Tourism & Marketing. Her research concentrates on service recovery, service failure, sustainable AI, and human-AI behaviour. With extensive industry marketing experience in Vietnam, Malaysia, and the UK, she currently contributes further to educational activities and marketing research in Finland.

Research interests

Anh's research focuses on AI conversation. Her research interests include sales, customer experience, psychology, and behaviour in AI, retailing, tourism, technology, and social media, utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and experimental designs to explore complex relationships and causal dynamics.
