Emilia Ahlström

I am particularly interested in digital pedagogy, teachers’ professional development, collaborative learning and problem solving, and the role of digital competence, artificial intelligence, and XR technologies in teaching and learning.

In addition, my work addresses learners’ wellbeing, inclusion, and socio-emotional and interactional competence in digital learning environments. I have participated in several national and international projects, and in international Erasmus+ projects I am responsible for the practical implementation of the projects in Finland and serve as the national coordinator. Previously, I worked as a University Lecturer in teacher education and educational sciences.
