Biography

I am an economist working as a Research Professor at the Jyväskylä University School of Business and Economics and at the Finnish Environment Institute (a 50/50 joint professorship).

Research interests

My research focuses on circular economy markets and impacts, household preferences for goods and services, the economic valuation of the environment, and the design and evaluation of policy instruments. I combine applied microeconometric methods, surveys, and randomized controlled trials to generate evidence that aims to support sustainability transformations.
