I have worked as a University teacher in Department of Education at Kokkola University Consortium Chydenius since 2020. My range of responsibility are the multimodal early childhood teacher training programme called 1000+ and 75+. My specific areas of expertise and topics of my teach are the pedagogical expertise of the ECE teacher and team leadership, teamwork in early childhood education, and collaborative practices between home and early childhood education and care.I also supervise bachelor's theses.
I am doing my PhD studies at the University of Jyväskylä. My research focuses on the pedagogical leadership of an early childhood teacher in a team of educators. My other research interests include teamwork in early childhood education and early childhood teacher education programmes.
