I work as a postdoctoral researcher in the MODALITY and PARADOX research projects at the Department of Teacher Education in the Faculty of Education and Psychology at the University of Jyväskylä. I also act as a regional coordinator and educator in the national Innokas network (www.innokas.fi/en).
My research focuses on education related to programming, computational thinking, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and digital data. I consider these subjects relevant for both problem-solving and literacy. In practice, I have explored pedagogical, didactic, and educational policy-related issues, such as learning content, curriculum development, teacher training, attitudes, assessment as well as supporting and enhancing students' learning in classroom settings.
