Biography

I am a M.Sc. in Health Sciences and work as a doctoral researcher at the Gerontology Research Center, within the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences at the University of Jyväskylä.

Research interests

In my multidisciplinary doctoral dissertation, I investigate correlates (e.g., personality characteristics and life transition factors), cumulation and stability of health behaviors during late adulthood transition. I am particularly interested in psychological correlates of physical activity. My research is based on data from the Jyväskylä Longitudinal Study of Personality and Social Development (PI Katja Kokko).
