Jussi Simola

PhD degree in information technology. My expertise includes cyber security, enhanced situational awareness, critical infrastructure protection, information security, decision support technologies, and business continuity management. 

I have worked as a cyber security specialist in the development of the common EU´s common early warning system on the international ECHO project. As a researcher, I have been a team member of the Smarter project developing the cyber security for the stakeholders in the maritime sector. Involved in other projects: Marisa, Macico, Mobi and Airbeam. I am currently working as a postdoctoral researcher for the CSG project.

Outputs: Has done and presented mostly classified research related to overall and cyber security. Number of publications: approx. 30.
