Biography
I am a grant-funded Postdoctoral Researcher at the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences. My key areas of expertise are exercise psychology and physical activity epidemiology.
Research interests
I am currently examining the roles of physical activity domains, motivational factors, and the psychosocial environment in youth mental health, with a particular focus on school-based physical activity and organised sports. The project is funded by the Juho Vainio Foundation.
