Biography
I am a Postdoctoral Researcher (Grant Researcher) at the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences. My key areas of expertise are exercise psychology and physical activity epidemiology.
Research interests
I am currently examining the roles of physical activity domains, motivational factors, and the psychosocial environment in youth mental health. My project is funded by the Juho Vainio Foundation.
