Biography
Doctoral Researcher at the University of Jyväskylä School of Business and Economics (JSBE), within the Corporate Environmental Management research group. I have more than 17 years of international experience in sustainable economic development spanning sustainability management, environmental and climate action, livelihood and inclusion, organisational development, green skills development, policy and regulatory implementation, sustainable supply chains, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. My experience covers public- and private-sector development across the manufacturing, services and agriculture sectors.
My research focuses on strengthening sustainability governance in multi-tier supply chains, examining how the integration of financing models, risk management and artificial intelligence can support firms in responding to sustainability requirements, regulatory change and complex international operating environments. My work combines governance and sustainability perspectives with applied approaches including sustainability management systems, life-cycle assessment, impact mapping, organisational diagnostics and stakeholder analysis.
