Karoliina Salojärvi

I work as a university teacher of communication and social interaction in Movi, focusing on developing, coordinating, and teaching multilingual communication and language studies (UVK). I also design and teach worklife communication courses.

My research interests revolve around communication in interdisciplinary teacher teams. I am currently working on my doctoral research on professional identity construction in interdisciplinary teacher team communication.
