Research interests

My research focuses on history of the concept of intuition in the Western philosophical tradition. I approach the intuition from the point of view of the metaphor of seeing basing my research on cognitive metaphor theory. The key figures in my research are John Duns Scotus, Wilhelm of Ockham, René Descartes, Baruch Spinoza, John Locke, Immanuel Kant, Edmund Husserl and Henri Bergson.
