Biography
I work as a research coordinator at JYU.Wisdom (https://www.jyu.fi/en/research/wisdom), and my role broadly involves tasks related to research and supporting researchers. I contribute to the development of the Sustainable Transformations (SusTra) national doctoral education pilot in Jyväskylä, and I help create and foster a sustainability research community both locally and across Finland. Additionally, I coordinate Wisdom’s collaborative writing and publishing projects, and I plan, prepare, and facilitate multidisciplinary research projects and grant applications within the Wisdom community. One of my responsibilities is serving as the Editorial Secretary for Wisdom Letters.
My research interests include, but are not limited to, resource system analysis from a multidisciplinary perspective, sustainable natural resource governance (such as urban gardening and wildlife management), and the generation of knowledge with real societal relevance for stakeholders, particularly in relation to socially and ecologically sustainable natural resource use.
