Research interests

My research examines the relationship between advancing technology, individuals and organisations. In my dissertation, I explored the impacts of algorithmic management on the levels of individual workers and managers, organisations. Since January 2025, I have worked as a project researcher (postdoc) in the AIdemoc project, in which I have continued to study the dark side of artificial intelligence, for example focusing on the role of generative AI tools in weaponised communication and the spread of misinformation.
