I am working as a Postdoctoral researcher within Research Area 3: Scalable digital technologies in learning and the school of the future within EDUCA flagship located in Faculty of Education and Psychology at University of Jyväskylä. Currently, I am investigating the associations between lower secondary students' ICT use, epistemic emotions, and cognitive engagement during lessons by combining data sources such as self-reports via experience sampling method and observations.
In addition, I am also investigating teachers' and childrens' gaze using mobile eye-tracking technology from ECEC to lower secondary school levels. In particular, I focus on the application of online measures such as eye-tracking in combination with other measures for indepth investigation of teaching and learning in real-world and laboratory environments.
