Biography

PhD, Adjunct Prof., and I am currently working as a director of Department of Teacher Education. I have also worked as senior university lecturer of early years education. My qualitative research focus on early years education, educational leadership, school transitions and educational research on studying conceptions and beliefs. I supervise several PhD students and I am active researcher within several projects. In addition, I have extensive national higher education cooperation networks and on the boards of committees.
