Biography

I'm working in University of Jyväskylä as a project researcher in Future School of Comprehensive Well-Being (SchoolWell) and I have started my doctoral thesis in the autumn 2023 in Sport Pedagogy. My doctoral thesis examines how children and adolescents' motor competence, perceived motor competence, health-related fitness and physical activity predicts their mental health.

Research interests

My doctoral thesis examines how motor competence, perceived motor competence, and health-related fitness are associated with mental health in children and adolescents.
