Biography

In particular, I am responsible for personnel issues/recruitments decided by the Rector and the tenure track professors' process, as well as issues related to the meritification and responsible evaluation of researchers. I act as a supervisor of the HR Partners, International Staff Services (ISS) team and of the employment services specialists.
