Taru Kujanpää

In particular, I am responsible for personnel issues/recruitments decided by the Rector and the tenure track professors' process, as well as issues related to the meritification and responsible evaluation of researchers. I act as a supervisor of International Staff Services (ISS) team and of the employment services specialists. My team also includes the leaders of the HR Partner and HR Coordinator teams, as well as the HR Project Manager for HR digitalization and recruitment development.
