Biography
I am a specialist in working life and professional development, coaching, as well as work councelling and supervision. As a Development Manager at I work as the work community and employee experience developer, and the leader of the HR Development team. My duties include working as an internal coach and supervisor, and my mission is to promote and facilitate both supervisor work and the work communities at our university.
In research I focus on three main themes: university teachers development, university students study experiences and guidance, and peer group mentoring.
