Tiia Pappila

I work as a University Teacher at the University of Jyväskylä, in early childhood teacher education programme. My teaching focuses on language and literature pedagogy. For several years, I have also served as the teacher in charge of the LAMP study program, in which students focus particularly on language aware and multilingual pedagogy. In addition to my work as a university teacher, I am writing my doctoral dissertation, which examines themes of equity and literature education. My dissertation has received funding from both the Kone Foundation and the Finnish Cultural Foundation.
