Research interests
My main research interests are in quantitative research in financial accounting, particularly in the relations between accounting information, corporate finance, and capital markets. I investigate topics such as the timeliness and predictability of goodwill impairments, the design of financial covenants in corporate loan contracts, and the effects of covenant violations on corporate financing and investment behavior. The goal is to contribute to the research literature in financial accounting and provide new insights to investors, accounting regulators, and those preparing corporate financial reports.
