Biography

I am a grant researcher (doctoral student) in the Jyväskylä University School of Business and Economics, Corporate Environmental Management. In my PhD research I study the role of discussion and participation in shared value creation, focusing especially on the Finnish forest-based sector. I am also interested in power relations and collective action emphasizing a just sustainability transition, and degrowth.

Previously, I have worked as a research assistant in the BuSuT-project (Future-oriented collaborative business models as a remedy for the sustainability transition (BuSuT) | University of Jyväskylä). Other than academic experience, I have also facilitated multiple future-oriented sustainability workshops and worked as a sustainbility expert in various projects.
