Project description
Finnish society operates in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing information environment. Social media, advanced communication technologies, and global information flows expose people – even on a daily basis – to various attempts at influence, the number and scope of which have grown significantly.
The Cognitive security – Experiences and preparedness to defend project is developing a cognitive security measurement tool. This tool can be used to assess the level of cognitive security in Finland, as well as Finns’ readiness to recognize and resist hostile cognitive influence.
