Project description
In Finland, FysNet (the Finnish Physics Education Network) connects physics educators to develop high-quality university physics education as part of a national physics course offering. FysNet emphasizes high-quality and flexibility of online and hybrid teaching, which enables extensive and cost-effective cross-studying. In the network, teaching practices and materials are shared, and the strengths of different universities in content development are utilized.
Thematic groups
At the beginning of 2025, the project began with identifying relevant materials and courses for the national course offering and forming sub-networks. Eventually, 15 thematic groups were established, each focusing on a different area of physics.
