Multifaceted Ripple Effects and Limitations of AI-Human Interplay at Work, Business, and Society

This Academy Consortium explores the multifaceted ripple effects that artificial intelligence has on contemporary working life. Combining information technology research with communication studies, we explore the limits of the interplay between working life organizations and AI from a human viewpoint. The starting point of this project is the idea that it is us humans who pose the greatest limits to how AI will be utilized and developed in the near future. Therefore, studying human agency and perceptions concerning AI is crucial.
