Project description
The “Policy Capacity of Stakeholder Organisations in Education” project (POLCAP) examines the policy capacity of interest groups operating in the education sector. In this research project coordinated by the University of Bergen, policy capacity is analyzed in Norway, Finland, and Germany. The project combines perspectives from organizational research, comparative politics, and professional sociology into a new theoretical framework. The empirical basis consists of the analysis of organizations and policy documents, interviews, and network analysis.
