Interventioekologian tutkimusryhmä tutkii ihmisen ja luonnon vuorovaikutusta terrestrisissä ekosysteemeissä. Tutkimuksen pääpaino on luonnon monimuotoisuudessa, mutta olemme myös kiinnostuneita yksittäisten lajien sielunelämästä. Olemme empiirisesti suuntautuneita ja fanitamme lajintuntemusta, mutta kiinnostuksemme ei rajoitu tiettyyn eliöryhmään, elinympäristöön, metodologiseen viitekehykseen tai ekologian osa-alueeseen.
