In the AssemblEd project, we examine how assessment policies and practices, as well as various material elements, contribute to the construction of students' self-understandings and future orientations in the context of guidance counselling.

The MDE project examines how digital transformation affects meaningfulness and productivity. Together with Tampere University and partners, we create AI solutions that ease technostress and enable more focused, fulfilling digital work.
