The University takes a moment to discuss the development of equality in the local Pride week that promotes the rights of sexual and gender minorities.

The University of Jyväskylä was again included in the Shanghai Ranking (Academic Ranking of World Universities, ARWU). This year the ranking was 701–800. JYU’s ranking is the same as in the previous year. Among Finnish universities, JYU was seventh.
