In this free workshop we will get familiar with service design and explore together how your services could be improved. Could there be demand for a new product or service? Could you realize your service in a way that suits the customer better? We will take into account digitality in the realization of the services, but you don't need to be digi-oriented.

The workshop is aimed at entrepreneurs, employees of businesses, people dreaming of entrepreneurship, and organizations or associations offering services.

Well-functioning services are created when we understand the needs and behavior of our clients. In this workshop, specialists will tell how services can be improved in practice or planned based on customer understanding. In addition we will brainstorm new services or new ways of realizing their services taking into account digital possibilities and technologies.

In this workshop entrepreneur Pipsa Wagner (Purola Farm) will tell more about improving her services. The specialist of the workshop will be Annemari Auvinen (University of Jyväskylä).
