Information security notification
This notification needs to be presented in all occasions where people's personal information is collected and stored. These occasions could include for example questionnaires, registration forms and participant lists. In accordance to EU regulations, the form needs to include information about the purposes for which the collected personal details will be used, and the rights the registered persons have concerning the processing of their personal information.
