SISU support team

The Sisu support team is Mari Luokkamäki and Henrik Puttonen from the Student Service Desk team. We help students as well as the staff with technical problems in the Sisu system. Additionally, we help the staff with problems concerning the KOVS system and guide with arranging eExams.

NOTE: From autumn semester 2026 onwards there will be no regular service desks for Sisu support. We have several pop up service desks during the autumn semester (schedule above).

Zoom service and F2F service desk are on summer break. We are available in HelpJYU service through most of the summer.

Sisu support team is on vacation between July 6th and 19th. During that time service requests will not be responded.
