SISU support team

The Sisu support team is Mari Luokkamäki and Henrik Puttonen from the Student Service Desk team. We help students as well as the staff with technical problems in the Sisu system. Additionally, we help the staff with problems concerning the KOVS system and guide with arranging eExams.

NOTE: Sisu support team is not available from Dec 24th to Dec 31st and HelpJYU requests will not be answered during that time.

Zoom service hour will continue next year from Jan 12th 2026 and face-to-face service desk from Jan 14th 2026.
