The seminar is also connected to an international cross-sectoral Innovative Learning Environments and Student Experience (ILESE) study led by the Australian Learning Environments Applied Research Network LEaRN. During the seminar we will be able to learn about the ILESE study directly from its co-directors A/Prof. Wesley Imms from the University of Melbourne in collaboration with Dr. Julia Morris from the Edith Cowan University, Australia.
Finally, the seminar also seeks to connect with ongoing collaboration with the Nordic network on learning environment design and research including learning environment experts from all Nordic countries.
- In relation to the seminar, it is also possible to visit a local school on 29th of May. Depending on the interest, we may need to limit the number of visitors based on the order of registration.
- During the registration process, you will be asked about your interest in presenting your own research on learning environment design.
The event is organised by the Innovative Learning Environment research group from the Finnish Institute for Educational Research, the University of Jyväskylä at Alvar Aallon katu 9, the Ruusupuisto building.
