Jyväskylä Brain & Mind will again organize a BrainBreak. These seminars target a general audience, especially the private sector, from a Research and Development perspective.

This time we invite you to join our virtual "coffee room" and meet two Jyväskylä researchers from the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences, Senior Lecturer Eero Haapala and Academy Research Fellow Simon Walker. Eero will talk about the effects of exercise and diet in children and adolescents, whereas Simon will give a presentation from the perspective of aging.

The October seminar will be held in Zoom. The seminar is part of a series organized by Finnish Brain & Mind regions, who collaborate under Neurocenter Finland, a collaborative network for neuroscience.
