EARLI SIG5 Conference 2026

EARLI SIG 5 Conference 2026 focuses on themes of learning and development in early childhood from birth to the age of eight years. The aim of the conference is to provide a platform for international collaboration and exchange of ideas, as well as rigorous and evidence-based discussion of early childhood research from both the educational and developmental sciences.

The theme of the SIG5 conference 2026 is "Creating a hopeful future for every child".

The main SIG5 event for the year 2026, the SIG 5 Conference is soon approaching! 

We are proud to introduce our keynote speakers:

    • Keynote title: Research-based decision-making in early childhood education: Two-year pre-primary education experiment as an example

The conference programme includes a variety of interesting presentations, but also interactive features, such as expert panel discussion, workshops are incorporated in the programme to increase the number of opportunities for dissemination and networking.
