International House Jyväskylä (City of Jyväskylä) is offering initial assessments to the International Degree Students in Jyväskylä.
If you are an International Degree Student studying in Jyväskylä, in addition to the guidance and counselling related to everyday living, you can request an initial assessment from International House Jyväskylä in English. The initial assessment is meant to map out your possible needs related to studies and language training, employment, socialising and networking, hobbies, or any other aspect that could help you integrate better into Finnish society.
The initial assessment is a counselling session where you can map and discuss your future plans and services related to
• job search and employment
• socialising, networking and leisure time activities
• studying and language training
or any other aspects or services that could help you integrate better into Finnish society.
Through an initial assessment, you can access the skills mapping tool and boost your job search independently. This service is in English and free of charge.
