Art Club (Taideklubi) is a hobby organization for JYU students and staff who enjoy spending time drawing and painting together. Art Club began its activities in November 2022 and has been meeting every Tuesday evening from six to eight. During meetings we like to draw, paint and chill together on the second floor of the library building Lähde (B248). We do not charge membership fees, and no experience level is required, only a heart to create art. We are a bilingual group, and both English and Finnish speakers are welcome!
At the exhibition, below each art piece, you will find a short description by its artist. If you are interested in buying certain art pieces or have further inquiries, you can contact Art Club’s official email: taideklubi.jyu@gmail.com. The managers will connect you with the artist.
