Education at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences
The faculty has a strong position as an educator in the humanities and social sciences. We train responsible, academic experts to meet the needs of a renewing and ever-changing society. Our educational offering is research-based and socially relevant, and also serves the needs of continuous learning. We develop interdisciplinary provision both within the faculty and in collaboration with other faculties. We support student well-being and ensure equal and equal opportunities for all to learn and develop their skills.
The Degree Programme Representative is in charge of the degree programme. The Representative acts as an expert on matters concerning the degree programme and coordinates the development and quality work of the degree programme.
The Specialisation Representatives work with the Degree Programme Representative on matters relating to the programme of study. The Specialisation Representative is responsible for the quality management and development of the programme and coordinates curriculum work. Possible specialisations in degree programmes are determined according to the current curriculum.
