The current state analysis of user management, data center solutions and service management have been completed during the spring, and the definition of the target state will begin in early autumn. In June, a analysis of the current state of the AV service teams was also launched.

In addition to the current state analysis, mutual expertise and understanding have been shared in a variety of ways during the spring: Jamk staff have participated in the university's DUO planning at the end of May, and the University community members have been able to familiarise themselves with Jamk's process of assessing the impact of change. In addition, discussions and familiarisation have continued on the themes of learning environments, information security, reporting and enterprise architecture, among other things.

The work is based on the solid expertise of the organisations' experts. Learning is also sought from other university and university of applied sciences locations as well as from selected external partners.

In the autumn, the study will expand to the following areas, and the work on the project plan and enterprise architecture will continue.

The planning has been launched as part of the activities of the EduJyväskylä network. The deepening of digitalisation cooperation will proceed in the spirit of EduJyväskylä, regardless of the decisions and schedules related to the formation of the higher education consortium.
