Error in Moodle question banks and quizzes

After the latest version update in Moodle, some of the quiz questions have not been migrated to the new database table, so not all question banks and quizzes work properly. The questions or answers have not disappeared anywhere, they are just not displayed correctly to the users at the moment. There are problems especially in quizzes where random questions are used.   

Possible error situations:

1. As a teacher I cannot see the quiz questions/question banks.
   If there aren’t many questions in the quiz, please recreate them in the quiz or create a completely new quiz with questions. The new questions and question banks will work normally.
2. The student has completed the quiz, but I can't open the completion.
   If the student has saved their answer, the answer should be found once the question transitions are fixed.
3. The student reports that the quiz is not working
   Create a new quiz and new questions.
