Feeling tired while studying? Equipment for exercise breaks is now available on the third floor of Lähde
It is important to remember to take breaks while working: a little exercise refreshes the mind and body and helps you concentrate.

A break exercise and activation corner has been set up in the open library area on the third floor of Lähde, which is freely available to students and staff. Exercise mats, balls, and sticks have been brought into the space for active breaks. The same library space also has an exercise bike with a table for laptop, which encourages active working.
You can find the break corner at the back of the space on the third floor of Lähde, near the windows (see map below).
