An evidence-based online wellbeing and life-skills program with personal coaching for international Master’s students at JYU.

What is Student Compass?

The Student Compass (OK) is a research-based mental wellbeing and life skills online program that you can use for free with the support of a wellbeing coach. In our one-on-one coach program, you can receive support, for example, for handling stress as well as improving overall life skills and self-awareness. You can discuss with our coach about your current concerns, set goals, and receive personalized guidance to navigate the Student Compass -program. 

Individual coaching

  • Work through the Student Compass (OK) online modules at your own pace.
  • Meet with a trained wellbeing coach in three one-on-one sessions (online or in person). 
  • Get personalised feedback, mental wellbeing assessment, and support with stress, motivation, study challenges, or anything affecting your wellbeing.

Note: the program with coach support is primarily available for international master's degree students at JYU. If there is space, exchange students are welcome to join.
