Student benefit: discount on the Peurunka Triathlon
The Peurunka Triathlon will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, in Peurunka, Laukaa. Students at the University of Jyväskylä receive a 10% discount on the event entry fee using the code PEURUNKATRIATHLONJYU.
The main event is the standard-distance triathlon, which includes a 1,500-meter swim, a 40-kilometer bike ride, and a 10-kilometer run. The swim takes place in Lake Peurunka, the cycling segment follows the undulating route along Vehniäntie, and the run is held near the race center.
The event also features a TryAthlon, which is a great option for low-threshold participation, for example with a group of friends.
The entry fee for the standard distance is 140 € if paid by June 30, 2026, and 160 € if paid by August 8, 2026. The entry fee includes, among other things, race organization, electronic timing, a finisher’s medal, event photos, access to the spa after the race, and a buffet meal.
Please note! A maximum of 400 participants will be accepted into the race. Competitors are not insured by the organizer, and participation does not require a license.
