University Services is preparing the tendering of printing services
University Services has started preparations for the tendering and procurement of printing services. The University’s own printing operations will end during spring 2026 and JYU will start purchasing printing services from an external service provider.

The University will invite tenders for printing services in autumn 2025. The intention is for the new operator to gradually start in the spring term of 2026.
Printing services at JYU will be phased out gradually, and they will be available to the university community during the transition period in the spring term of 2026. The community will be informed of the progress of tendering and, after the service provider has been selected, the ordering model of new printing services.
