My research involves learning and teaching second language vocabulary, specifically focusing on academic vocabulary. In my doctoral research, which explored the impact of morphological knowledge on English vocabulary learning, I focused on various factors that affect vocabulary acquisition and examined their connections to morphological knowledge. These factors included word structures and formation, multilingualism, cross-linguistic influence, as well as the use of learning strategies.
