Biography

Research Assessment Exercise. Secretary to the meetings of Research Council (JYU). Research funding support services: Research Council of Finland's Winter Call (Academy Research Fellowships).

Research interests

Invasive species have spread to a new location as a result of human activity where they can cause damages to the ecology and human economy. We have studied whether native species are able to adapt to the presence of an invader. As model species we used cow parsley (native) and garden lupine (invasive).
