Biography
With my research, I help organisations to understand change processes and organisational actors when changing performance management. I am especially interested in enhancing understanding of the tensions, relations and collaboration between organisational people when (performance measurement) systems are changed. As a post-doctoral researcher at JSBE, who has previously worked as an accountant for SMEs, I now utilise my practical expertise of systems with more wide-ranging understanding of intraorganisational relations and people influenced by PMS change.

Currently, I continue studying the organisational people influenced by PMS change, but I am also involved in projects related to images of management accountants in AI era (personal grants funded by The Foundation for Economic Education), controllers’ role, and sustainability reporting.
I am open to research collaborations with organisations looking to understand and manage organisational relationships before and during (performance measurement) system changes. Feel free to email me at anniina.s.e.kinnunen@jyu.fi or connect on LinkedIn.
